Tom trained at Drama Centre London under its founders Yat Malmgren and Christopher Fettes and is among the last generation of actors to have studied directly with them. Their pioneering approach to actor training remains central to the artistic vision of Telos Theatre.

His directing work includes productions at Guildford School of Acting, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Jermyn Street Theatre, English Theatre Frankfurt and Deutsches Theater Munich.

Sara leads strategic partnerships, fundraising and organisational development for Telos Theatre Company, while overseeing the development of new work, artist training and the Telos Studio programme. Her career spans the arts, philanthropy, travel and cultural exchange, creating ambitious projects and partnerships across theatre, film, heritage and conservation throughout the UK, Europe and Africa. She has worked with artists, philanthropists and international organisations to develop productions, immersive experiences and cultural initiatives.

Telos theatre company’s TELOS is to develop the talents of early stage career actors, who wish to pursue their talent, to the highest possible standards.
