DRAMA SCHOOL
AUDITION COACHING
A successful audition is about far more than learning speeches. It is about discovering your individuality, unlocking your potential, and entering the room with the confidence to do your best work.
Tom McClane Kessel-Williamson trained at the renowned Drama Centre London under its founders, Yat Malmgren and Christopher Fettes, and is among the last generation of actors to have studied directly with them. Today he teaches at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has directed at leading conservatoires and theatres across the UK and Europe.
Tom has helped aspiring actors secure places at some of the world's leading drama schools, including RADA, LAMDA, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Guildhall, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Juilliard and Yale.
WHAT STUDENTS SAY
"Tom gave me not only the practical tools to elevate every speech, but the confidence to know what I had to offer when I walked into the audition room. He has an extraordinary ability to recognise the actor in front of him from the very first meeting and guide them in a way that feels completely individual. Trusting him was the easiest part of the process—and it paid off."
Tom is deeply invested in every student's journey, offering thoughtful, personalised coaching and ongoing support throughout the audition process. His students consistently praise his generosity, insight and ability to help them discover performances that are truthful, confident and uniquely their own.
