  • Maintain a professional attitude during classes, rehearsals, and performances.

  • Be punctual and prepared for sessions.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Bullying

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or any form of verbal, physical, or online abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted contact, threats, persistent disruption, or disrespectful communication directed toward staff, tutors, or other students.

Constructive Participation

• Engage in activities with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow.

• Follow instructions from tutors and respect creative direction and decisions.

Safe and Inclusive Space

• Promote a safe environment where all individuals—regardless of age, race, gender, sexuality, or background—feel welcome and valued.

• Hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate review and possible dismissal.

Right to Refuse Service or Participation

Telos Theatre reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any participant at our sole discretion, particularly when:

• A student violates the Participant Code of Conduct;

• A student engages in harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, tutors, or other participants;

• The student’s behavior creates an unsafe, hostile, or disruptive environment;

• The student's continued involvement is deemed detrimental to the well-being or safety of others or to the integrity of our programs.

In such cases, Telos Theatre may take immediate action, which may include warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from classes, workshops, or performances. Refunds will not be issued for participants dismissed for conduct-related reasons.
